If after purchasing an item from Delizia you change your mind, are unhappy with the product or have selected the wrong size we can organise a return for you.

Here's how it works:

• Returns need to be requested within 7 working days of your purchases being delivered and need to be requested by email. Don't worry we've made it easy for you - just follow the link to our email on the right.

• Returns can be made:

  • By post - this is at your own expense though, sorry!

  • In person to the Delizia Online base - you'll need to pre-arrange a time to make sure we're here

  • Collections can be arranged.

   

• Please note it is your duty to take reasonable care of the products before they are returned to us.

• On receipt of the goods a full refund for the product/s will be made via PayPal within 7 working days (Please note that refunds will not include postage costs paid or hand delivery charges incurred).
